Being healthy means being happy
If you are one of those always stocking up flu and cold medications
before the cold weather sets in, then the time has come to rethink your
strategy. Embrace all the remedies that nature gives and combine them to
create a powerful flu fighting tea that gives incredible results.
Ginger stimulates circulation and has been used for centuries as a
remedy for sore throat. It warms the body and gives you instant cold
relief. It has antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties and is
effective for people experiencing respiratory problems.
Lemon has citric acid and bioflavonoids that boost immunity and fight
infection and is an excellent source of Vitamin C. Regular consumption
of lemon helps you stay healthy and protects you from many ailments. It
is widely known as strong natural antiseptic and when combined with
ginger helps with sinuses.
Ginger-lemon combination was traditionally used by many ancient
cultures to relieve symptoms accompanied by flu, cold and infections.
Most common symptoms included runny nose, fever, cough, chills,
sneezing, muscles aches, mild tiredness, headache etc.
Cinnamon is considered as a “wonder spice” when it comes to flu and
