Ingredients:
- a thumb of ginger
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
- 2 cups water
Instructions:
Put the water in a teapot and bring it to boiling point. Then add the
grated ginger and the cinnamon. Let it boil for 5 minutes. Put it aside
until it cools a bit ( but not completely). Strain the mixture, squeeze
the lemon and stir well. Drink immediately.
